Hopkins is a lifelong resident of Indiana. He is a self-taught artist who is best known for his still-life painting. Hopkins work has been juried, accepted and won awards numerous times in the Hoosier Salon Annual Exhibition and Indiana Heritage Art Annual Exhibition.
