Kiwanis Club in Fishers

On behalf of the Publicity / Marketing Committee of the newly formed Kiwanis Club of Fishers, I would appreciate the opportunity of providing you with periodic information regarding projects and community events sponsored by our club to benefit the children of the Greater Fishers area which we serve.

This new club was chartered early in 2018, and is the successor club to the old Fisher's Station Kiwanis Club which was in existence for over 35 years, now disbanded.

The new club currently meets the first and third Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM at the Delaware Township Community Center in Fishers.

This Kiwanis Club in Fishers, is a part of a global organization of volunteers in service clubs, since 1915, which are dedicated to improving the world one child and one community at a time.  Each year the international Kiwanis family dedicates more than 18.5 million hours to service and raises more than $100 million dollars for local and global causes.

Kiwanis International is headquartered in Indianapolis at Michigan Road and I-465.

This new club has the full support of the Office of the Mayor of Fishers and is dedicated to serving the children in Fishers through K-Kids, Key Club International, in both Fishers high schools, and Circle K International, as well as Aktion Club, the only service club for adults with disabilities.

We need your help and guidance in the hope we can keep your publication informed about the activities of the Fishers Kiwanis Club and inform the public about programs and activities that are on-going and available for those readers who may have an interest.

Please contact me by email or phone, if you will, so that I can more fully understand your needs and requirements for information.  We are hopeful we will be an attractive source of information for your publication and would be very pleased to be affiliated with you if this is something you could do.

Best Regards,
 Bill
