Popular Summer Reading Program Returns to the Library

From June 1 through July 31, the popular Summer Reading Program will return to the Hamilton East Public Library.  Each year, thousands of readers – babies, kids, teens and adults - participate in this special program.  Prizes are awarded to participants who complete the requirements for their specific age category and may include books, toys, t-shirts, gift cards and more.  Participants may register anytime through the library’s online book discovery service, Beanstack – hepl.beanstack.org.  Beginning June 1, readers can start logging the number of pages they’ve read as they work their way through the various levels and activities offered! In conjunction with this year’s Libraries Rock theme, numerous programs will be scheduled as well.  For a full listing and specific details about the library’s programs, visit their calendar of events at hepl.lib.in.us.
