Dennis Gale has been appointed to Chief People Officer (CPO) of M3 Ultimate Solutions. In the CPO role, Dennis will be responsible for establishing and leading strategic direction for Human Resources (HR, Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Organizational Development (OD).

He will align objectives and service offerings in collaboration with M3 leaders for consulting services within Business Management, Finance, Information Technology and Project Management. Dennis will develop new business opportunities in HR, OCM and OD while leading strategic partners and independent consultants.

He brings over 30+ years of experience in a wide selection of industry segments including manufacturing, nuclear power utilities, insurance, retail, Department of Defense and a Veteran of U.S. Navy.

He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree- Education in Workforce Development with specialization in Instructional Systems Designs, Cum Laude.

He’s a long-term member of the Illinois State University Advisory Board for Industrial Technology degree program.
