The Fishers Freight will officially kick off and compete in the brand new Fishers Event Center in March 2025 in the IFL (Indoor Football League). The team will play eight (8) regular season games at home and 16 games total.
The Fishers Freight is owned by Indiana Football Club LLC with majority owner Jim Hallett, also the owner of Indiana Hockey Club, the group overseeing and managing the Indy Fuel of the ECHL.
The Indoor Football League is the highest level of professional indoor football in the United States. The IFL is America's longest continuously-running indoor football league and is the second-longest running professional football league in the U.S., after only the National Football League. The IFL was founded in 2009 and begins its 16th consecutive season of play in 2024.
