Security Federal Savings Bank in Zionsville will be hosting a dog from HAHR. Come meet Pappy a 4-year-old Pittie Mix looking for his FurEver Home. He is good with other playful dogs. Not suitable for a home with cats. The first person who adopts a dog from HAH Rescue that they met through SFSB will receive a free gift from SFSB. Chris is the Vice President of Sales at Sandler Trustpointe. In his role as trainer, Chris’ passion and energy bring the Sandler Selling Method to life. Chris challenges his clients through interactive training and workshops, serving clients in industries ranging from manufacturing and distribution to financial and professional services. In his previous career that included purchasing, Chris uses his experiences of being on ‘both sides of the desk’ in his training.

Chris resides in Indianapolis with his wife and has four children. Along with spending time with his family, Chris enjoys volunteering for various organizations, exercising, and playing the saxophone in a rock band.

About Megan Wiles:

Megan Wiles is Vice President of Foundation and Community Affairs for Riverview Health. She has been raising funds to support programs and projects that benefit the patients, families and staff at Riverview Health since March 2015. Megan’s responsibilities include working with the Riverview Health Foundation Board of Directors and connecting Riverview Health with community members to raise awareness of the impact of Riverview Health. As the county hospital for Hamilton County, Riverview Health is dedicated to being one of the best places to work, practice medicine and deliver outstanding care to residents of the community.

In January of 2024, Megan began her third term as a member of the Noblesville Common Council and served as Vice President of the Council. In January of 2025, she was elected President of the Council for the 2nd time and will serve on the Downtown District, Economic Development, Roads Committees. In 2023, Megan was appointed by Mayor Chris Jensen to serve as co-chair of the Noblesville Bicentennial Committee.

With over 25 years of work in the not-for-profit sector, in both paid and volunteer positions, Megan is passionate about working with others in making a difference in Hamilton County to help it continue to be the best place to live, work and raise a family in the State of Indiana. Megan is currently serving as Dean of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy Class of 2025, a program from which she graduated from in 2000. Megan serves on the Conner Prairie Board of Directors and is a member of the Development and Finance Committees. She has been a member of the Conner Prairie Alliance, the women’s organization that operates the Apple Store at Conner Prairie for over 16 years. Megan is as a member of St. Michael’s Episcopal Church in Noblesville and is currently serving on the Vestry and planning committee for its annual Strawberry Festival. Megan is a graduate of the Richard G. Lugar Excellence in Public Service Series, Class of 2018-2019.

Megan graduated from Noblesville High School and Ball State University. She and her husband Greg live in Noblesville and have two young adult children, Garrett and Grace.

About Dr. Victoria Garcia Wilburn:

Dr. Wilburn is an associate professor at Indiana University–Indianapolis. As a community-engaged researcher, Dr. Wilburn partners with community organizations to help solve pressing issues that impact central Indiana residents, focusing on justice, which inspired her to run for State Representative. She was first elected to the Indiana House of Representatives on Nov. 8, 2022. Victoria is a member of the Family, Children, and Human Affairs Committee, as well as the Employment, Labor, and Pensions Committee and the Judiciary Committee. As a Freshman legislator, she passed groundbreaking legislation in Public Law 139, providing mental health and resiliency training to public safety professionals statewide. Her dedication to the disability community was recognized as Disability Advocate of the Year (2024) and helped carry signature legislation for Mental Health America. She advocates for promoting state and federal policies that advance health equity and mental and behavioral health initiatives.

Dr. Wilburn has served on the Board of Directors for the American Occupational Therapy Association and Hope Academy Recovery High School, Indiana’s only high school for teens in recovery from substance use disorder. The Indiana Occupational Therapy Association has recognized Dr. Wilburn’s contributions to her profession as Occupational Therapist of the Year, awarded Fellow of the American Occupational Therapy Association, and inducted into the Indiana Latino Leadership Circle. Additionally, her contributions to society have been recognized by her alma mater, Boston University's Alumni Association, Alumni Hall of Fame from her High School (Conant), named Outstanding Woman Leader by the Indiana University Office of Women, and selected by the White House as part of the Inaugural Office of Gun Violence Prevention.

She is committed to educational equity, improving public health, and legislating well as Indiana’s Representative for House District 32. Dr. Wilburn earned her Bachelor of Science in occupational therapy from Boston University (2005) and her Master of Health Science (2012) and Doctor of Health Science (2014) degrees from the University of Indianapolis. Victoria and her husband are the proud parents of three children, which she notes are her biggest achievements to date.

About Christi Crosser:

Christi Crosser was elected to the school board in November 2020 and began serving in January 2021. She and her husband Craig own Nova 29, a property management company in downtown Noblesville. Christi attended Indiana University and has held leadership positions in the community with multiple organizations including: Noblesville Chamber of Commerce, Riverview Health Foundation, Meals on Wheels of Hamilton County, Prevail and the Crosser Family Foundation. She has also served with the Noblesville Redevelopment Commission, Noblesville Equity Advancement Team, Hamilton County Community Foundation Opportunity/Equity/Inclusion Committee, and the Boys and Girls Club of Noblesville. Christi is a 2019 graduate of the Noblesville Schools Miller Ambassadors program, has been a Noblesville resident for over 20 years and has two children who are recent graduates of Noblesville High School.

About Kathy Williams:

Williams began working in the Hamilton County clerk’s office at the age of 19 and served as deputy clerk. She was the clerk from 1982 to 1991 and then ran for state representative of District 29 in 1992, a position she held until 2018. During that time, she also was the majority caucus chair for the statehouse. In 2018, Williams again ran for Hamilton County Clerk, a position she currently holds. She is a recipient of the Sagamore of the Wabash Award. Williams has been a Noblesville resident for her entire life. Outside of work, she is involved with the Hamilton County Extension Board, the Hamilton County 4-H Council, the Noblesville Lions Club, the Noblesville Kiwanis Club, serves on the board of the Noblesville High School Alumni Association and is co-chairing the Hamilton County Bicentennial with Surveyor Kent Ward. She also is very involved in watching her grandchildren play sports, she loves gardening and collects antiques.
