About John Ayers:

I am the Director of Business Development at Bridges of Hope in Anderson. I started my recovery journey 4.5 years ago and have been working in the treatment field 3.5 years. I spend my days working with hospitals, jails, and large employers to educate about what we do as a facility. I have placed over 1,000 people in some form of sober living, outpatient, or inpatient substance use or mental health treatment. I also provide free trainings to large employers on the signs and symptoms of substance use in the workplace, and gained great traction with places like Costco.

About Antony Sheehan:

Antony Sheehan is a healthcare leader with over 25 years of clinical, managerial, and strategic experience in the U.S. and U.K. Since joining Aspire Indiana Health in 2023, he has advanced integrated healthcare services and strengthened community partnerships.

Previously, Antony led a Massachusetts healthcare organization, earning federal and state designations as a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. His career includes executive roles in England’s National Health Service, Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Tennessee, and national policy work during the Blair administration.

A registered nurse with degrees in public health, philosophy, and healthcare policy, Antony also completed a fellowship at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. His leadership is defined by a commitment to collaboration, equity, and innovation in improving health outcomes.

About Kimble Richardson:

Kimble earned his master’s degree in Counseling and Counselor Education from Indiana University in 1987 and has 37 years of healthcare experience. He has served in leadership roles at Wishard Hospital, Ascension St. Vincent, and now manages Business Development and Referrals at Community Health Network – Community Fairbanks Behavioral Health. Licensed in multiple counseling disciplines, he chairs Indiana’s Mental Health Counselor section of the state licensing board and is a former president of the Indiana Mental Health Counselors Association.

A highly awarded professional, Kimble has received honors including “Mental Health Counselor of the Year,” “Barbara Walker-Cole Distinguished Counselor,” and “Indiana CIT Behavioral Health Professional of the Year.” He teaches as adjunct faculty at the University of Indianapolis and trains in crisis intervention, resilience, and behavioral health, working extensively with first responders, disaster response teams, and federal agencies.

He has presented nationally and internationally on behavioral health, resilience, and trauma, published in professional journals, and provided training for organizations including the FBI, USPS, NCAA, and Bureau of Indian Affairs. Kimble continues to serve as a sought-after speaker and subject matter expert for media and professional audiences.

About Kelly Gunn:

Kelly Gunn is the Director of Jail Programs at the Hamilton County Jail in Noblesville, Indiana. Kelly attended Ball State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Kelly is responsible for directing and supervising the inmate programming at the Hamilton County Jail, with a focus on community partnership development, networking, program creation and facilitation, and robust case management for the men and women that she serves. Her team's mission is to deliver tailored, individualized support and guidance, ensuring each participant's successful reintegration into society. Excelling in workshop and classroom facilitation and collaborative problem-solving, she has established a strong foundation for the challenging journeys that program participants face. With a deep commitment to addressing the concerns of Substance Use Disorder, overdose prevention and re-entry from incarceration, her work is characterized by a dedication to crafting sustainable pathways for those at the crossroads of change. By leveraging organizational skills and a comprehensive understanding of stakeholder dynamics, Kelly and her team foster environments where success is not just a goal, but an achievable reality.
