Libman Cleaning Concierge

Asked for full "new house cleaning" of our newly purchased home while I was out on vacation. Came back two weeks later to find none of the shelves in the house got wiped down to the back, none of the closets were cleaned at all, none of the fans were wiped down, huge dirt pile underneath and behind fridge (specifically asked for this to be cleaned), living room shelves and dirt weren't cleaned, window sills weren't cleaned (specifically asked for), door frames weren't cleaned (specifically asked for), ceiling in kitchen wasn't even touched (told me ceiling to floor cleaning), kitchen cabinets weren't even cleaned properly (paid extra), fridge and stove weren't cleaned properly (paid extra),   Overall this was a half clean and it was definitely not worth the price paid for a full service cleaning in an ALREADY FULLY EMPTY HOME.

As a manager of rental properties, one of the most challenging parts of turnover season is finding a reliable and reasonably-priced cleaning service to prepare a home for a new tenant. Brian came out to the home, did a full walkthrough with me, took detailed notes, and provided a quote based on the property's exact needs. We got a cleaning scheduled, and Libman took care of the rest. I happened to drive by while the crew was there, and noted their well-branded, clean, green company vehicle in the driveway. They had placed a large welcome mat of their own on the front porch while they worked, which I thought was a very nice touch. After they left, I stopped by to review the work done, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Everything is spotless, and I'm ready to welcome new tenants in at the end of this month knowing that they will feel happy with their decision to rent from me. I'll definitely be using Brian's team in the future for my other rental properties.

A final note regarding price: Libman is not likely going to be your cheapest option, but I speak from experience when I say that ***you get what you pay for***, especially with cleaning and janitorial services. I've gone the cheap route before, and I have regretted it every time. Libman was reasonable on the price, and I felt it was very fair for the scope of the work being done. If you're looking to have the job done right the first time, consider Libman. Someone who offers to do the same thing for less is likely cutting corners, and you may have to do more work on the back end to get it right. For me and my business, having peace of mind with a high-quality service is worth more than saving a few dollars here and there.

All were very professional, meticulous and did a wonderful job. They treated their cleaning with great care. I would highly recommend for any cleaning job. Krista and her team were great.

Terribly unprofessional/undependable. Set up an appointment nearly a month ago to have my home cleaned the day before we close. They canceled on a Sunday morning of Memorial Day Weekend giving me no time to find a replacement for that Tuesday of the same week. Do NOT use these people!
