Exploring U. S. Federal Census Records
4/27/2019
9:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Noblesville Library
The U. S. Federal census records is the nation's largest record set for genealogists and family historians to research. It is mandated by our constitution to take a census every ten years starting in 1790. Although not intended for genealogy research, the information contained in this record set is invaluable to genealogists. We will explore those records; learn how to research them and abstract information which will lead to other records. Make it your goal to find all your ancestors on all the census records taken in their lifetime. Registration is required.
