Crew Carwash announces new Fishers HQ, First Fishers Location

New headquarters to feature state of the art R&D and training facilities co-located with carwash

FISHERS, IND. – The City of Fishers and Crew Carwash announced today the company’s intent to develop and construct a new 40,000 square foot corporate headquarters and brand-new Crew Carwash location in the city. Both the headquarters and car wash will be located along Exit 5 Parkway, just north of 116th Street behind the new Riverview Hospital and next to Top Golf. The project will be presented at April’s City Council meeting Monday.

We have been happy to call Fishers home for the past 15 years and are equally excited about potentially building a brand new Corporate Office and Training Center for all our team members who serve our internal and external customers every day,” said Sally Grant, Crew’s Executive Vice President and third generation leader of Crew’s family business.
Crew Carwash plans to purchase five acres from Sunbeam Development Corporation to build its corporate headquarters and a state-of-the-art car wash. Crew Carwash intends to use this new location to establish new research and development facilities and training programs.

The City of Fishers will recommend $1.72 million in incentives to council for approval. Incentives include a 10-year, 100% real property tax abatement and impact fee waiver for the headquarters building. If approved, the project will be presented at May’s Plan Commission meeting for approval.
The Fishers Crew Carwash will open in 2020 with the headquarters building slated to be completed by 2022.
