Chuy’s Tex-Mex Hiring 140-Plus Employees for New Carmel Restaurant

CARMEL, Ind. (May 14, 2019) – Chuy’s, the Austin-based Tex-Mex restaurant known for its made-from-scratch dishes and fun-loving, eclectic atmosphere, will begin hiring May 20, 2019 for its newest central Indiana location in Carmel, located at 10325 N. Michigan Rd., which is scheduled to open in July 2019.

“We are thrilled to open our second central Indiana restaurant in Carmel and look forward to being a part of this great community,” said Russell Burns, opening manager for Chuy’s Carmel. “We are seeking talented, hard-working, and outgoing individuals to help deliver our ‘fresh never frozen’ commitment to food and make our restaurant a fun place to work and dine.”

Chuy’s is hiring for approximately 140 full and part-time positions, including hosts, servers, bussers and bartenders. The authentic Tex-Mex restaurant is also looking for talented kitchen staff to help prepare the scratch dishes and homemade sauces. Priding themselves on working hard and having fun while doing it, Chuy’s will be looking for new employees in Carmel to continue that trend.
