Whitinger & Company Adds Bookkeeper to Indianapolis Staff

August 15, 2019 –Indianapolis, IN – Regional public accounting and advisory firm Whitinger & Company is excited to welcome Debbie Howell to their Indianapolis staff in the role of Bookkeeper. In this role, Debbie will work closely with Whitinger’s business clients to help meet a variety of needs including documenting financial transactions, processing payroll, generating financial statements and reports, and processing accounts receivable/payable.

Howell, a current resident of Indianapolis, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Administration from Ball State University. She enters this role with more than 18 years of experience in the business field, and exceptional qualifications including: computer skills, detailed organization, effective communication, strong interpersonal skills, and customer service experience.

Debbie started her career as Director of Admissions & Marketing at Miller’s Health Systems and then went on to take a position as marketing manager for the Indiana Orthopedic Center where she increased the worker’s compensation business by 41%. Before accepting her current position with Whitinger, she worked as Office Manager and Bookkeeper for El-Beulah Senior Village where she was the key agent in maintaining 100% occupancy of the property since 2011.
