THE FARMERS BANK WINS BUSINESS OF THE YEAR AT THE BOONE COUNTY CHAMBER 2019 ANNUAL AWARDS BANQUET

Frankfort, IN — The Farmers Bank was named Business of the Year at the Boone County Chamber 2019 Annual Awards Banquet held at the Witham Pavilion at the Boone County 4-H Fairgrounds on Thursday, November 14, 2019. The Business of the Year award was voted on by Boone County Chamber of Commerce Members. This year’s theme was “Pathways to Progress”, and much of the program centered around Boone County’s trail system.

Kendra Chastain, Agricultural and Commercial Banking Officer at The Farmers Bank presented the 2019 Agriculture Professional of the Year Award to Lloyd Hayden. Hayden was seriously injured in a combine accident in Boone County in October 2018. Kendra spoke of how the accident has not held Lloyd back.
