THEDA ANDERSON INDUCTED INTO INDIANA BANKERS ASSOCIATION FORTY YEAR BANKER CLUB

Frankfort, IN — The Farmers Bank is pleased to announce that Theda Anderson has been inducted into the Indiana Bankers Association Forty Year Banker Club. The Indiana Bankers Association salutes the Forty Year Banker Club members who have dedicated at least 40 years of service to the banking industry. We thank these individuals for bringing strength and stability to the banking profession.

Theda began her banking career in 1980 at United Bank in Marion, IN. She joined The Farmers Bank in 2008. She has held several different positions during her 40 year banking career, serving most recently as Loan Operations Manager.

Theda attended The University of Indianapolis and holds a Credit Professionals International Certification. She also holds additional certifications in banking and lending through Indiana Bankers Association. She has taken numerous continuing education courses in leadership, management, lending, regulatory compliance, and other financial related courses. Theda currently serves on The Farmers Bank Mentorship, Technology, Compliance, and Wellness committees.

Theda resides in Lebanon with her husband Rob. She has served on boards for the Biddle Memorial Park Sheridan and Business Professional Women’s Association of Indiana. Theda serves as a member of the Hamilton County election team. She attends Sheridan Six Points Wesleyan Church.
