CARMEL, IN – The Carmel Symphony Orchestra has announced its 2020-2021 season, along with a new theme for the season. Saturday night on Facebook the CSO announced ‘HOPE RENEWED’ as the theme for the new season. With the devastating impact from the COVID-19 being balanced out with the support and outreach in communities like Carmel, the Carmel Symphony Orchestra’s theme is perfect for the new season.
Performances will begin with a Fourth of July celebration in Carmel this summer and will continue through April 24, 2021. The Masterworks Series and Pops Series will take place in The Palladium, at The Center for the Performing Arts in Carmel, Indiana. Special Performances will take place in various locations around the community.
At this time, the Carmel Symphony Orchestra recognizes that these performance dates are based on the anticipation that activities will have returned to normal by that time. As always, the goal of the CSO is to provide great music and a deeper appreciation of the arts…and to keep the community safe.

ABOUT THE CARMEL SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA
Believing that music has the power to change lives, the Carmel Symphony Orchestra (CSO) is the 80-member Resident Orchestra at The Palladium at The Center for the Performing Arts in Carmel, IN. Founded in 1975, the CSO is comprised of professional and passionate musicians. The orchestra performs concerts featuring an eclectic repertoire of some of the world’s greatest symphonic music. The CSO is committed to enhancing our community’s quality of life through creative, artistically excellent performances, and educational experiences for diverse audiences of all ages. Janna Hymes became the organization’s Artistic Director in July 2017. Jeanelle Adamak joined the Carmel Symphony Orchestra in January 2019, as Executive Director.
