Central Indiana Orthopedics Opening New Orthopedic Care Center June 1 in Fishers

Central Indiana Orthopedics (CIO) is expanding its existing footprint in Fishers, opening a new orthopedic care center June 1 in MedTech Park medical campus at 14300 E 138th Street, Building B. The 48,000 sq. ft. orthopedic care center will include among other services a Walk-In Clinic, diagnostics, surgery center and physical therapy for comprehensive care under one roof.

Patients with urgent injuries can access CIO’s Walk-In Clinic, no appointment or referral needed. Staffed by physicians, the Walk-In Clinic provides specialized care that is quicker and less expensive than a trip to the ER. For chronic issues that have been occurring for two weeks or longer, patients can schedule an appointment to see one of CIO’s orthopedic specialists.

Physical Therapy will be offered on-site in a dedicated 3,000 sq. ft. space, and will include state-of-the-art equipment, private treatment areas, sports and surgical rehab and more. Damon Stansberry, Director of Physical Therapy, will offer a seamless continuum of care, taking the time needed to treat each patient while also being in ongoing communication with the patient’s provider. Physical therapy patients do not need to be Central Indiana Orthopedics patients, and most insurance is accepted.

The building’s second floor includes an outpatient surgery center for surgeries such as spine, sports trauma and joint replacement, and features innovations such as Mako™ robotic-arm assisted technology for more precise hip and knee replacement procedures.
