INCYCLE STRENGTH TO OPEN AT CARMEL CITY CENTER

Carmel, IN - Carmel City Center is excited to announce that InCycle Strength will open on Monday, June 1, 2020. The full-strength training studio is located on the interior plaza in the United Fidelity Bank Building of Carmel City Center at 800 S. Rangeline Road, Hanover Place, Suite 285.
InCycle Strength is an extension of locally owned, InCycle, an indoor cycling studio, also located on the plaza of Carmel City Center. InCycle Strength offers group classes, personal training, small group training (2-4 clients) and virtual class options. Classes will utilize the TRX System as well as weights, kettle bells, stability balls, resistance tubes and bands. InCycle Strength will offer four class formats: TRX (Total Resistance Training, a specialized form of suspension training that utilizes body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously), Strength Circuit Training, Core Strength and TRX Fusion which is a combination of barre, TRX, weights and kettle bells.
InCycle Strength is committed to safe and effective injury-free training. The only studio in Indiana to be TRX Mbody certified, InCycle Strength offers a wide variety of functional training and cardio tools to cater to every client’s fitness abilities and goals. In addition, InCycle Strength is partnering with St. Vincent’s Sports Performance to offer free bi-monthly evaluations for their clients.
New clients can purchase a one-month unlimited package for $49 which includes InCycle, InCycle Strength and virtual classes. A $150 monthly unlimited package is available to all clients that also includes classes at InCycle, InCycle Strength as well as virtual classes. InCycle and InCycle Strength virtual classes are free until June 1st.Classes will be 45 minutes to an hour and will also utilize outdoor space when the weather permits. Reduced class sizes, contactless check-in via the InCycle app and extra disinfecting measures will be taken. Owner, Cathy Miller, has 15 years of experience as a group fitness instructor and opened InCycle at Carmel City Center in May 2013. “We are so excited to be opening our strength studio just steps away from our cycle studio,” said Miller. “We look forward to welcoming new and old clients alike and helping everyone meet their individual fitness goals.”

Carmel City Center is located at the southwest corner of City Center Drive and Range Line Road. Surface parking is available on plaza level (accessible from City Center Drive), in the underground garage (accessible from Range Line Road as well as City Center Drive) and in the Veterans Way garage.
