Errick Peck Joins RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate as Senior Associate

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – RESOURCE welcomes Errick Peck to the company as Senior Associate. Errick focuses on representing landlords/investors and tenants who own and/or occupy office, flex, and retail properties. He has experience working with local, regional and national companies including Regions Bank, Bankers Life and Casualty Company, Strategic Wealth Designers, Hester Baker Krebs, Simply Driven Search, and ARC Document Solutions. Errick will be participating in RESOURCE’s NextGen mentorship program, working with Tom Osborne, Principal, and Kim Hartman, Senior VP & Co-Director of Asset Resolutions. Combined, the team holds 60+ years of real estate experience.
Prior to joining RESOURCE, Errick worked as both the Head of Research and Associate Broker at another firm in Indianapolis. During his tenure, he successfully supported 40+ brokers as a researcher and helped represent nearly 2 Million SF of space as a landlord representative. His previous tenure in research and willingness to put “boots on the ground” has given Errick a substantial understanding of the Indianapolis market. Errick received his Bachelor of Arts in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and his Master of Arts in Public Affairs and Administration from Purdue University where he played Men’s Basketball for each school.
