Julie Pettypool Joins RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate as Development Associate

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate recently hired Julie Pettypool as a Development Associate. Julie is a member of the RESOURCE Development & Construction Team and works to evaluate properties for development viability through market research and idea generation. Her role also encompasses discovering and evaluating properties for clients with expanding operations to lease, purchase, and/or develop/redevelop, as well as conducting market research and composing quarterly reports for Industrial, Office, Retail, Multifamily, Land, Investment, and Medical property types in Indianapolis.
Pettypool is a recent graduate of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business at IUPUI with a degree in Finance, where she was President of the Real Estate Club for two years. She was awarded the J. Dwight Peterson Key Award, which is given to the overall outstanding senior in the Kelley School of Business. A member of IndyCREW, ULI, and NAIOP, Julie is also a LEED Green Associate and certified in ARGUS Software.
