The Farmers Bank Announces Board of Director Officer Appointments

Frankfort, IN — The Board of Directors of The Farmers Bank and The Farmers Bancorp announced officer appointments to the Board of Directors at their scheduled board meeting following the annual meeting of the shareholders on Thursday, October 15, 2020.
The Shareholders re-elected Thomas D. Crawford, James D. Moore, and Jack W. Ransom to the Board for an additional three year term. The Board also made the following appointments:
The Farmers Bancorp:
• Chairman of the Board – Jack W. Ransom
• Vice Chairman of the Board – Stanley K. Smith
• President – Karen F. Gregerson
• Vice President and Secretary – Bradley S. Cunningham
• Treasurer – Chad Kozuch
• Assistant Secretary – James D. Moore

The Farmers Bank:
• Chairman of the Board – Jack W. Ransom
• Vice Chairman of the Board – Stanley K. Smith
• President and Chief Executive Officer – Karen F. Gregerson
• Secretary – James D. Moore
