Verizon's "Accelerating America: Affordability - Adoption - Access"

Verizon has released a new whitepaper entitled "Accelerating America: Affordability - Adoption - Access".  In this paper, we lay out our recommendations for closing the digital divide in America. We believe that it's time for a national effort to deliver affordable broadband to all Americans.
