HCC adds New Payroll Coordinator

Ms. Gibson attended Bowling Green State University and Indiana University East. She recently worked as an Assistant Branch Manager of the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles in Richmond, Indiana and brings over 23 years of professional experience to the HCC team.
