The Carmel Redevelopment Commission (CRC) has a 20-year track record of partnering with developers and corporations to build transformative projects that grow the City and benefit all taxpayers. The CRC master plans and invests in Carmel's redevelopment areas (City Center, Midtown, Arts and Design District, Proscenium) and incentivizes Carmel's corporate campuses throughout the City with Tax Increment Funding (TIF) for garages or other infrastructure.
